Senior PHP Developer (SaaS)

Open Loyalty is a fast-growing SaaS company providing a robust toolkit for loyalty and gamification mechanics. We help global brands across retail, insurance, and CPG sectors launch innovative customer engagement programs at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Developing new functionalities and maintaining the core Open Loyalty product.
• Ensuring high performance and scalability of the REST API through stress testing.
• Designing and executing comprehensive unit, integration, and contract tests.
• Managing system architecture and ensuring regular updates of project dependencies.
• Collaborating with frontend teams to ensure seamless API integration and maintaining technical documentation.

Requirements

• Proven commercial experience in building complex PHP applications.
• Strong proficiency in Symfony 7 and modern PHP development standards.
• Deep understanding of DDD, OOP, SOLID principles, and PSR standards.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, including advanced SQL query optimization.
• Ability to leverage AI tools for code generation, review, and analysis.
• Strong quality mindset with experience in Docker, Git, and automated testing.
