Senior Pharmacovigilance Officer, Team Lead/ Case Processing Manager- Medical De

Ergomed is seeking a dedicated Senior Pharmacovigilance Officer to join our team as a Team Lead and Case Processing Manager. In this role, you will lead the team responsible for ICSR management, oversee workflow processes, and ensure effective cooperation with our clients while contributing to the company's overall objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team responsible for ICSR management and provide line management for ICSR staff.
• Ensure adequate distribution of tasks and oversee the workflow process for assigned projects.
• Create and maintain project-specific KPIs to optimize procedures and increase team efficiency.
• Manage ICSR deviations and review trackers and timesheet data to ensure accuracy.
• Act as a subject matter expert and support the RA & PV Network Department as needed.

Requirements

• Life science, pharmacy, nursing, or healthcare-related qualification.
• Strong experience in pharmacovigilance, including at least 1 year in a line manager role.
• Proven experience working with medical devices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and delegation skills.
• Fluent English proficiency and advanced MS Office literacy.
