Senior PeopleSoft Supply Chain Business Analyst

ITDS is seeking a Senior PeopleSoft Supply Chain Business Analyst to join a leading organization in supply chain management. In this fully remote role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, enhancing PeopleSoft SCM modules to support critical inventory and manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document comprehensive business requirements for PeopleSoft SCM modules.
• Lead discovery sessions and workshops to ensure alignment between business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Develop detailed functional specifications, business process flows, and user stories for system enhancements.
• Collaborate with development teams to validate and implement tailored technical solutions.
• Support System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing to ensure high-quality deployments.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting PeopleSoft 9.2 SCM modules.
• Proven expertise in Inventory Management, Order Management, or Warehouse Operations within PeopleSoft.
• Hands-on experience with integrations between PeopleSoft and external systems, APIs, or middleware.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English proficiency and legal right to work in the European Union.
