Senior Pega Developer

Jit Team is looking for an experienced Senior Pega Developer to join our remote team and contribute to the design and implementation of complex enterprise-level solutions. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the scalability and performance of our Pega applications while providing technical leadership to our project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the scalability and performance of Pega applications through effective architecture design.
• Create and implement complicated workflows, decision techniques, and interactions with external systems.
• Identify, build, and maintain common components to improve development efficiency.
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product and databases to ensure strong optimization.
• Provide architecture and design guidance to project teams and mentor team members on using the latest Pega studios.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Pega PRPC development and 2+ years as a Pega Lead System Architect.
• Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification is mandatory.
• Proven project experience implemented in Pega Infinity and hands-on experience in Constellation configuration.
• Strong background in architecture designing for large Pega solutions and integrating enterprise applications.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
