Senior PDGS Fullstack Developer

Creotech Instruments S.A. is a leader in the space sector, specializing in advanced software solutions for satellite imagery and scientific payload data. We are seeking a Senior PDGS Fullstack Developer to join our Payload Data Ground Segment Engineering team and contribute to the development of systems that process and distribute critical earth observation data.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software solutions for satellite payload data reception, processing, archiving, and distribution.
• Design and prototype automated workflows for transforming raw payload data into standardized EO products.
• Construct high-availability APIs and service communication using REST and Message Queues.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle, including documentation, version control, and team collaboration.
• Deploy, monitor, and optimize developed systems to ensure high performance and reliability.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in microservices architecture and frontend development.
• Expert proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Proven experience in building web applications using modern frameworks like React or Angular.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and S3 object storage.
• Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including clean code, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Comfortable working in a Linux environment and capable of independent work.
