Senior PAM Specialist

BTC Group is expanding its identity management portfolio and is seeking a highly skilled Senior PAM Specialist to join our team. You will play a critical role in ensuring that access to our customers' vital systems remains secure, compliant, and aligned with industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end operation of the enterprise password management platform, including maintenance, support, and lifecycle management.
• Analyze and ensure stable, secure operations while resolving complex disruptions within 2nd and 3rd level support.
• Act as a technical point of contact for internal teams and external customers regarding privileged access management.
• Implement and monitor IT security policies, perform vulnerability analysis, and ensure adherence to relevant security standards.
• Contribute to the further development and optimization of our CyberArk service solution and support the strategic expansion of our portfolio.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Systems or IT security-related functions.
• Solid understanding of network and computer security principles.
• Practical experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, preferably CyberArk, with relevant certifications.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux system landscapes, including permission management.
• Proficiency in Ansible and scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English or German at a C1 level.
