Senior Paid Social Media Account Manager

Seer Interactive is seeking a Senior Paid Social Media Account Manager to join our team as a consultant who thrives on solving complex problems through data-driven strategies. You will be responsible for managing full-funnel Paid Social campaigns across platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest, ensuring our clients achieve measurable growth while maintaining high standards of quality and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and measure integrated Paid Social strategies while collaborating with SEO and Creative teams to drive bottom-line results.
• Oversee day-to-day campaign management for a dedicated book of business, implementing industry best practices and scaling recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted extension of their internal teams.
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to support divisional revenue growth in partnership with the business development team.
• Contribute to thought leadership through blog posts, industry forums, and internal training sessions to foster team development.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Paid Social campaigns across various industries, engines, and management platforms.
• Deep expertise in emerging channels like TikTok and Snapchat, with a focus on full-funnel strategies.
• Strong data literacy skills, including proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, data visualization tools, and basic SQL.
• Experience in coaching and developing talent, providing mentorship to associates to ensure high-quality work.
• A proactive mindset toward innovation, testing, and leveraging machine learning and AI to optimize campaign performance.
