Senior Oracle Hyperion EPM Consultant

Link Group is seeking a Senior Oracle Hyperion EPM Consultant to join a technology-driven consulting team delivering advanced Oracle EPM solutions to leading organizations globally. This role offers significant exposure to complex finance transformation programs and the opportunity to further develop your technical and consulting expertise within a collaborative, professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver functional and technical Oracle EPM solutions tailored to specific client requirements.
• Configure, customize, and deploy Oracle EPM applications including EPBCS, PBCS, FCCS, ARCS, and EDMCS.
• Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders and senior leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead solution design for planning and consolidation streams, including metadata and task flows.
• Mentor team members, share best practices, and provide advanced support for complex technical issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on implementation experience with HFM, FCCS, Hyperion Planning, or PBCS/EPBCS.
• Strong understanding of functional consolidation processes and a proven techno-functional profile.
• Practical experience in designing task flows and metadata within Oracle EPM environments.
• Ability to independently propose solutions for consolidation or planning enhancements.
• Confidence in acting as a solution architect for major workstreams and translating complex business concepts into effective EPM solutions.
