Senior Oracle Eloqua Platform Specialist

WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle Eloqua Platform Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on advanced functional and technical expertise, moving beyond standard campaign execution to own complex requirements including journey orchestration, data-driven segmentation, and platform configuration.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimize complex Eloqua Campaign and Program Canvas solutions, including multi-step journeys and decision logic.
• Develop advanced Program Builder and Contact Washing Machine workflows for data normalization and routing.
• Create sophisticated segmentation using nested logic, behavioral criteria, and Custom Data Objects.
• Configure and troubleshoot advanced platform capabilities such as dynamic content, lead scoring, and API integrations.
• Provide independent functional QA and document solution designs, reusable patterns, and configuration decisions.

Requirements

• Significant hands-on Oracle Eloqua experience in complex enterprise or multi-market environments.
• Deep knowledge of Eloqua data structures, Bulk API 2.0, REST APIs, and SQL-style data analysis.
• Proven ability to translate business objectives into scalable lifecycle and always-on journey designs.
• Strong diagnostic skills to investigate complex platform issues and integration dependencies.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills with fluent English proficiency.
