Senior Operations Manager

ScaleJet is a fast-growing eCommerce company in the Patient Care space, seeking a highly driven Senior Operations Manager to lead end-to-end logistics and supply chain execution. You will act as the company's operational engine, managing suppliers, freight, inventory, and fulfillment while leveraging AI to build scalable systems and optimize performance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain live pipeline visibility and ensure 100% on-time product launches with high QC pass rates.
• Drive financial discipline by managing landed costs, duty exemptions, and AI-powered financial analysis for suppliers.
• Conduct operational audits to identify improvements and implement AI-driven workflows to enhance efficiency.
• Manage inventory strategy across multiple channels, including Amazon and DTC, to prevent stockouts and optimize turnover.
• Lead and develop the operations team by defining clear KPIs, ensuring accountability, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon FBA operations, inventory, and compliance.
• Proven track record of managing overseas suppliers, freight booking, and customs optimization.
• Strong experience in multi-channel inventory management and maintaining high in-stock rates.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and build, document, and optimize operational SOPs.
• Hands-on experience building AI tools or automations to streamline workflows is strongly preferred.
