Senior Operations Manager

Stellar Tech is a dynamic company specializing in B2C mobile subscription apps within the edtech sector. We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager to join our team and drive complex, cross-functional initiatives that bridge the gap between Growth, Marketing, Monetization, and Product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own complex cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, from problem structuring and stakeholder alignment to execution and delivery.
• Analyze and redesign operational processes, ownership structures, and team collaboration mechanisms to improve efficiency.
• Identify root causes of business bottlenecks and assess the economic impact of potential changes or new initiatives.
• Build governance frameworks, repeatable playbooks, and decision-making rules to support scalable growth.
• Collaborate daily with senior stakeholders across various departments to move initiatives forward without formal authority.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, or Strategy & Operations within a scale-up or systemic environment.
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects with high operational uncertainty.
• Strong business acumen in performance marketing, including funnel economics, CAC/LTV, and growth scaling.
• Expertise in process design, root-cause analysis, and financial modeling related to unit economics and P&L.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders.
