Senior Open Text xECM Consultant (Part-time, 50 hrs per month))

N-iX is a global software development company that partners with industry leaders to deliver next-generation digital solutions. We are currently seeking a Senior OpenText xECM Consultant to join our team and provide expert maintenance, technical support, and incident resolution for a major retail client's OpenText ECM environment, including its integration with SAP systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve incidents escalated by the client support team to ensure platform stability and availability.
• Perform in-depth root cause analysis and investigate performance issues related to databases, SQL queries, and caching.
• Collaborate with internal teams, database specialists, and OpenText vendor support to maintain system integrity.
• Support upgrade planning, patch deployments, and post-change validation processes.
• Document all findings and resolutions while maintaining clear communication during technical service reviews.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with OpenText Extended ECM for SAP and OpenText Archive Center.
• Strong knowledge of OpenText Content Server DB Schema, OTDS, SSO, and WebReports.
• Proficiency in OpenText REST API and search engine integrations.
• Solid understanding of information security standards and access governance.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional environment.
