Senior NLP/LLM Engineer

We are currently seeking a Senior NLP/LLM Engineer to join our international team of professionals in building impactful AI-driven products.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct experiments with LLMs, exploring architectures and techniques like SFT, RLHF, and Adapters to enhance AI capabilities.
• Develop and implement robust evaluation methodologies to assess the performance, accuracy, and user satisfaction of AI bots.
• Optimize models for inference to ensure high speed and scalability within production environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and product managers, to integrate AI solutions into the product pipeline.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of ML and DL principles, including neural network architectures, loss functions, and model validation.
• Strong knowledge of classic NLP approaches, such as text classification, NER, and transformer-based models like BERT.
• Practical experience with LLMs, including fine-tuning, alignment via RLHF/DPO, and deployment using frameworks like vLLM or SGLang.
• Proficiency in Python and solid mathematical foundations in linear algebra, statistics, and optimization.
• Familiarity with essential ML tools and frameworks such as PyTorch, NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
