Senior Network Engineer

YOUR ITEAMS sp. z o.o. is looking for a Senior Network Engineer to lead a comprehensive network assessment, design, and end-to-end migration within a multi-site enterprise environment. You will be responsible for analyzing current infrastructure, creating robust network designs, and coordinating migration activities across multiple service providers to ensure a seamless transition into operations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and assess existing network infrastructure to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Create detailed documentation, architecture concepts, and network designs for large-scale deployments.
• Plan and execute end-to-end network migrations, including test strategies and validation of connected security systems like EDR and CDR.
• Coordinate activities across up to four service providers to ensure aligned delivery and timelines.
• Prepare final reports and knowledge transfer materials for successful service handover.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in network technologies with a strong focus on security and enterprise operations.
• Experience driving large-scale projects and complex migrations in multi-site environments.
• Strong architecture methodology with practical application of risk, quality, and change management.
• Demonstrated ability to design network solutions and produce clear, actionable operational documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.
