Senior .NET Developer with React

Experis Manpower Group is looking for a skilled Senior .NET Developer with React expertise to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, production-ready enterprise systems within a fully remote environment, focusing on end-to-end feature ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver robust solutions spanning APIs, business logic, and data access layers.
• Contribute to React and TypeScript frontend development to ensure full-stack feature ownership.
• Build and maintain HTTP APIs, integrations, and asynchronous or queue-based processing systems.
• Collaborate on architectural decisions and provide high-quality code reviews to maintain technical standards.
• Support and mentor less experienced engineers to foster team growth and technical excellence.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience in .NET and C# backend development within enterprise environments.
• Solid proficiency in working with SQL Server or comparable relational databases.
• Proven track record of building and operating HTTP APIs and asynchronous processing in production.
• Practical experience with Azure-hosted applications and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Ability to work across the full stack, including React and TypeScript, when required for feature delivery.
• Excellent technical communication skills and the ability to lead design discussions.
