Key responsibilities

• Leading development work across .NET, C#, and Azure-based applications.
• Reviewing and improving code quality, performance, maintainability, and reliability.
• Optimizing application performance, including async/await, EF Core usage, caching, and API design.
• Supporting the decomposition of monolithic functionality into modular components or services.
• Mentoring mid-level developers and raising overall engineering standards.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and Web API.
• Extensive experience with Entity Framework and EF Core.
• Solid background in Azure services including App Services, Azure SQL, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven ability to lead development teams, conduct code reviews, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
