Senior .Net Backend Engineer

emagine Polska is looking for a Senior .NET Backend Engineer to join the Sciworm team. This role focuses on developing and maintaining backend capabilities for a digital product that assists researchers in managing laboratory workflows and sharing data effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET and C#.
• Design and implement reliable data access and persistence solutions using SQL.
• Contribute to secure, maintainable application architecture.
• Collaborate with product, frontend, and domain colleagues to translate user needs into effective technical solutions.
• Support engineering quality through testing, code reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to delivery and deployment practices in the Azure ecosystem.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with .NET and C#.
• Strong MS SQL skills, including working with relational data models and queries.
• Experience developing or operating solutions in Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, GitHub pipelines, and CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with Vue 3 is considered an advantage.
