Senior Mulesoft Integration Developer / API Engineer

We are currently looking for a Senior Mulesoft Integration Developer / API Engineer

Location: 100% Remote

Contract: B2B

Rate: 150–155 PLN/h (net + VAT)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, reusable APIs (Experience, Process, and System layers) using MuleSoft Anypoint Studio.
• Manage the entire journey from design (RAML) and documentation to deployment and decommissioning via API Manager.
• Build complex integrations between Salesforce, SAP, and Powercloud, ensuring high-performance data mapping and transformation.
• Enforce robust security policies including OAuth2, JWT, and Client-ID enforcement to protect sensitive energy sector data.
• Develop automated unit and integration tests using MUnit to ensure zero-defect deployments in an Agile/SAFe environment.
• Use Anypoint Monitoring and Runtime Manager to troubleshoot performance issues and reduce technical debt.

Technical Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in Anypoint Studio, Anypoint Platform, and Mule Runtime 4.x.
• Advanced knowledge of RESTful API principles and RAML/OAS for creating standardized, reusable API specifications.
• Strong command of DataWeave 2.0 for complex data mapping and transformation between disparate systems (XML, JSON, Java, CSV).
• Practical experience integrating major platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, and Powercloud.
• Deep understanding of API Security (OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect, Client-ID Enforcement) and encryption standards.
• Proficiency in MUnit for creating automated unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and stability.
• Hands-on experience with API Manager for versioning, policy application, and decommissioning.
• Skills in Anypoint Monitoring, Runtime Manager, and logging strategies to troubleshoot and optimize performance.
• Comfortable working within SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or Scrum environments using Jira.
• Ability to independently analyze complex interface requirements and derive technical concepts.
• Strong ability to collaborate with Architects and Business Analysts, as well as lead knowledge transfer sessions for internal teams.
