Senior MS Dynamics 365 CRM Architect

Link Group is seeking a Senior MS Dynamics 365 CRM Architect to lead the technical and functional evolution of our Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement ecosystem. You will work at the intersection of high-level business strategy and advanced R&D, designing and deploying transformative solutions that redefine business processes within Dataverse and Power Apps.

Key responsibilities

• Creating end-to-end blueprints for complex CRM environments, focusing on Sales, Marketing, and custom modules.
• Architecting robust API integrations for Dataverse and ensuring seamless performance across Mobile D365 solutions.
• Leveraging the full suite of Power Apps to build tailored, high-impact business tools.
• Partnering with R&D teams to experiment with new system features and conduct Proof of Concepts.
• Managing project lifecycles from initial workshops and budget estimation to documentation and quality reviews.

Requirements

• Over 6 years of hands-on experience in the D365 CE/CRM landscape as a Solution Architect or high-level Technical Consultant.
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders and translate business needs into scalable system enhancements.
• A proactive consulting mindset with a focus on efficiency, system scalability, and R&D-driven growth.
• Full professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
