Senior MS Dynamics 365 CRM Architect

As a Senior Architect, you will lead the technical and functional evolution of our Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement ecosystem. This is not a standard implementation role; you will work at the intersection of high-level business strategy and advanced R&D. Your mission is to design, pilot, and deploy transformative solutions that redefine how business processes operate within Dataverse and Power Apps.

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Architecture Design: Creating end-to-end blueprints for complex CRM environments, focusing on Sales, Marketing, and custom modules.

• Ecosystem Connectivity: Architecting robust API integrations for Dataverse and ensuring seamless performance across Mobile D365 solutions.

• Power Platform Mastery: Leveraging the full suite of Power Apps (Portal, Canvas, and Model-driven) to build tailored, high-impact business tools.

• R&D & Innovation: Partnering with Research & Development teams to experiment with new system features, conducting Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and setting new industry best practices.

• Strategic Oversight: Managing project lifecycles—from initial workshops and budget estimation to documentation and post-implementation quality reviews.

Professional Profile:

• Extensive Expertise: Over 6 years of hands-on experience in the D365 CE/CRM landscape, either as a Solution Architect or a high-level Technical Consultant with a strong development background.

• Business Acumen: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders and translate business needs into scalable system enhancements.

• Consulting Mindset: A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on efficiency, system scalability, and R&D-driven growth.

• Communication: Full professional proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
