Senior Motion & Graphic Designer

Silverback Strategies is a leading performance marketing agency dedicated to helping brands grow through strategic creative excellence. We are seeking a talented Senior Motion & Graphic Designer to join our team and translate complex marketing strategies into high-impact visual assets for paid social media.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Creative Strategists to transform research and briefs into concrete visual concepts, storyboards, and finished assets.
• Design static ad creative and produce short-form video and motion content that maintains a consistently high craft level.
• Navigate regulated-industry review cycles by producing creative that anticipates compliance requirements.
• Select, crop, and edit raw photography and video footage into polished, client-ready assets.
• Maintain visual consistency across a high volume of ad variations, formats, and platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in creative production, specifically within performance or paid social marketing.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both static design and video/motion editing.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and After Effects, with a working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience working within brand guidelines and navigating layered approval processes in matrixed organizations.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals, including hooks, pacing, and platform-specific best practices.
