Senior Mobile Engineer (Swift and/or Kotlin)

Exerizon is a fast-growing strategy and technology consulting firm that redefines the traditional consulting model by sharing risk with clients and ownership with employees. We are looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer to build and modernize native mobile applications for clients in the banking, insurance, and healthcare sectors using Swift and/or Kotlin.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build native apps using Swift (SwiftUI, UIKit) and/or Kotlin (Jetpack Compose), including modernizing legacy codebases.
• Own the architecture of your platform, focusing on modularization, clean architecture, and robust data synchronization strategies.
• Develop and evolve server-driven UI (SDUI) frameworks to enable product teams to ship new features without requiring full app releases.
• Utilize AI-driven development tools like coding agents and copilots to enhance implementation, refactoring, and test generation.
• Ensure high security standards by integrating OAuth2, biometrics, and secure storage while adhering to OWASP MASVS guidelines.
• Mentor mid-level engineers and collaborate directly with product owners, designers, and backend teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of native mobile development experience, with at least 3 years in Swift or Kotlin and multiple production-ready apps.
• Deep expertise in your primary platform (iOS or Android) with a solid working understanding of the other.
• Proven experience in mobile security within regulated environments, including handling PII and compliance constraints.
• Strong background in testing, CI/CD pipelines, and managing store releases.
• Experience with server-driven UI frameworks and API integrations (REST, GraphQL).
• Full professional fluency in both Polish and English.
