Senior MLOps / ML Platform Engineer

Sigma Software is seeking a Senior MLOps / ML Platform Engineer to join a dedicated team building a production-grade ML platform for a large-scale AdTech ecosystem. You will contribute to the development of infrastructure that powers predictive decision-making systems processing hundreds of millions of auction requests daily.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain ML training orchestration pipelines across various schedules.
• Design and support model registry workflows including versioning, lineage, and promotion processes.
• Develop isolated per-advertiser model environments with configuration separation.
• Implement monitoring and alerting for ML-specific metrics such as feature drift and prediction decay.
• Collaborate with DevOps and SRE teams on CI/CD and infrastructure automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in MLOps, ML platform engineering, or infrastructure engineering.
• Strong Python skills and experience building platform-level tooling.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms, preferably GCP.
• Production experience with orchestration tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, or Argo Workflows.
• Strong understanding of ML observability and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
