Senior ML Solutions Architect - Token Factory

Nebius is a leading cloud infrastructure provider dedicated to the global AI economy, offering a full-stack platform that supports developers and enterprises in model training and production deployment. We are currently seeking a Senior ML Solutions Architect to join our Token Factory team, which focuses on serverless platforms for customizing and running open-source LLMs.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize LLM inference across various modalities to drive business value and support customer goals.
• Provide expert support in supervised and reinforcement learning fine-tuning to maximize model quality.
• Design and implement scalable LLM-based solutions using our serverless inference services.
• Build production-ready applications leveraging our APIs, including multimodal and domain-specific models.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to shape the platform roadmap based on direct customer feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ML/AI systems, with at least 2 years specifically focused on LLMs and generative AI.
• Deep knowledge of the LLM ecosystem, including model architectures and fine-tuning approaches.
• Hands-on experience with running LLMs in production, fine-tuning (SFT/LoRA), and building evaluation pipelines.
• Proficiency with inference frameworks such as vLLM, SGLang, or TensorRT-LLM.
• Strong Python programming skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
