Senior Microsoft Exchange Specialist

emagine Polska is seeking a Senior Microsoft Exchange Specialist to join an established infrastructure operations team supporting enterprise customers within a highly regulated financial-services environment. You will play a key role in maintaining enterprise-scale Microsoft Exchange environments, ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of business-critical communication platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for complex Microsoft Exchange environments.
• Analyze and resolve critical incidents, disruptions, and escalations.
• Plan, test, and deploy Exchange Cumulative Updates.
• Administer and operate enterprise messaging platforms while ensuring system health.
• Document operational procedures and manage tickets according to ITIL processes.

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange On-Premises.
• Strong expertise in Exchange Server Administration, Architecture, and Database Availability Groups (DAG).
• Proficiency in Active Directory administration and incident management.
• Fluency in both English and German (at least B2 level) is mandatory.
• Experience working in 2nd and 3rd level support environments within ITIL-based structures.
