Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/AX Consultant

EPAM Systems is looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/AX Consultant to lead functional architecture and solution design for complex, multi-entity organizations. You will be responsible for end-to-end execution of Order-to-Cash and Tax Management process streams, ensuring successful delivery across global projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and perform comprehensive fit-gap analysis to map business requirements to D365 capabilities.
• Author functional design documents, process flowcharts, and technical specifications for development teams.
• Oversee Sales Order Processing, Pricing, Rebate Management, and Credit & Collections activities.
• Manage complex tax configurations, including Sales Tax Groups, Withholding Tax, and global E-Invoicing mandates.
• Direct system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and post-go-live hypercare support.

Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365/AX functional consulting with a focus on O2C and Tax streams.
• Deep expertise in Revenue Recognition standards, Intercompany O2C, and complex tax localization requirements.
• Proven ability to configure Tax Calculation Services and integrate third-party engines like Vertex or Avalara.
• Strong proficiency in the Data Management Framework for complex data migration strategies.
• Experience leading large-scale implementations and coordinating cross-functional project teams.
