Senior Mendix Developer

SNI is a trusted IT outsourcing partner delivering high-impact projects for prestigious global firms. We are currently seeking a Senior Mendix Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of sophisticated low-code applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Mendix applications while managing backlog items and resolving production incidents.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily standups, retrospectives, and sprint planning sessions within 3-week cycles.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to clarify functional requirements and coordinate UAT issue resolution.
• Work alongside the Mendix Center of Excellence and external service providers to ensure seamless system integration.
• Manage and maintain dynamic document and email templates using the Jinja template engine.

Requirements

• Over 8 years of professional IT development experience with proven expertise as a Senior Mendix Developer and relevant certifications.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of Mendix domain models, microflows, nanoflows, custom widgets, and Java actions.
• Strong technical proficiency in Java programming, REST/SOAP web services, and enterprise system integration.
• Advanced understanding of Scrum methodologies and experience with the HERMES project management framework.
• Ability to take on a rotational Scrum Lead role to guide team ceremonies and backlog refinement.
