Senior Medical Director

TFS HealthScience is a leading global Contract Research Organization partnering with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout their clinical development journey. We are seeking a Senior Medical Director to join our Hematology & Oncology team in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a medical monitor for oncology studies, providing protocol-related medical review and oversight of emerging safety data.
• Provide advanced medical advice on study design, safety sections of protocols, and regulatory documentation.
• Perform medical assessments of adverse events and contribute to safety reports such as PSURs and DSURs.
• Represent the company as a senior scientific voice at industry meetings and build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
• Partner with Business Development to contribute medical expertise to bid strategies, proposals, and sponsor meetings.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD) with specialist medical training.
• At least 10 years of post-qualification medical experience.
• Minimum 7 years of oncology/hematology clinical development experience in a CRO, biotech, or pharmaceutical organization.
• Hands-on experience as a medical monitor in oncology clinical trials and familiarity with GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
