Senior Marketing Automation Manager

Canonical is a leading provider of open source software and the publisher of Ubuntu, the platform widely used in cloud, data science, AI, and IoT. We are looking for an outstanding Senior Marketing Automation Manager to join our global team and help drive our marketing initiatives through advanced automation and data-driven strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise advanced lifecycle journeys across email and multi-channel CRM platforms.
• Monitor overall Marketo performance and health to ensure operational excellence.
• Lead experimentation programmes across nurture streams, targeting, and conversion optimisation.
• Develop advanced lead nurturing, lead scoring, and engagement frameworks.
• Build scalable automation workflows to support various stakeholders within the marketing department.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency with Marketo, Hubspot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proven experience in setting up integrations and automations between CRM systems and other platforms.
• Ability to work with at least two of the following languages: Python, JS, SQL, or Velocity.
• Solid understanding of lead generation data and CRM best practices.
• Strong grasp of segmentation strategy and current trends in marketing technology.
