Senior Manual Tester / UAT Test Lead

NATEK POLAND is seeking a Senior Manual Tester / UAT Test Lead to join an international project within the pharmaceutical industry. This role requires a professional who can blend hands-on testing expertise with quality leadership to ensure the success of complex software initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and lead UAT cycles while collaborating with business users and technical teams.
• Write and execute detailed test scenarios, test cases, and scripts based on user stories and project documentation.
• Review and validate test materials, scripts, and data generated by the broader testing team for accuracy.
• Monitor, prioritize, and retest defects while proactively managing risks, blockers, and testing dependencies.
• Track test coverage and execution trends to deliver clear status reports and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven track record of defining UAT plans, scope, entry/exit criteria, and overall strategy for complex software.
• Strong manual testing background with hands-on proficiency in writing test scripts and managing test data.
• In-depth knowledge of the defect lifecycle, resolution tracking, and escalation paths.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Xray or equivalent test management tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and a strong desire to mentor non-technical business users.
• Fluent English language skills.
