Senior Managing Consultant (EU based)

ADDENDUM is a global software development and IT team augmentation firm specializing in the fintech, banking, and telecommunications sectors. We are looking for a Senior Managing Consultant to join our team and support high-impact engagements across the public and enterprise sectors throughout the EU.

Key responsibilities

• Leading multiple project workstreams and overseeing their successful execution.
• Providing expert guidance in your domain and supporting strategic decision-making.
• Facilitating workshops, stakeholder discussions, and solution-design sessions.
• Preparing and presenting structured studies, recommendations, and implementation plans.
• Coaching consultants and analysts working on your projects.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• English proficiency at B2-C1 level.
• Relevant certification such as PM2, PRINCE2, PMI, or Change Management.
• Strong background in project management or a defined functional/operational domain.
• Experience consulting for public administration, security, defense, or intelligence organizations.
