Senior Manager, Motion Designer (EU)

Athletic Greens is dedicated to empowering people to take ownership of their health through foundational nutrition. We are looking for a Senior Manager, Motion Designer to own the motion design discipline across the European region, shaping strategy and standards while remaining hands-on in creating high-impact video content.

Key responsibilities

• Create, animate, and edit motion graphics for campaigns, ensuring all assets are optimized for YouTube and Meta.
• Manage multiple high-volume projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and fast turnaround times.
• Use performance data and metrics to inform creative decisions, revisions, and testing strategies.
• Mentor junior team members and oversee relationships with freelancers and agencies.
• Develop reusable systems and templates to improve production efficiency and brand consistency.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of hands-on motion design and video editing experience with a strong portfolio.
• Expert-level proficiency in industry-standard tools like After Effects and Premiere.
• Native or fluent German language skills, alongside excellent English communication.
• Deep experience creating YouTube-first content and adapting assets for various digital channels.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted animation workflows and a data-driven approach to creative output.
• Strong understanding of the German-speaking market and cultural nuances.
