Senior Manager, IT Program Management

Cambium Learning Group is seeking a Senior Manager, IT Program Management to lead the IT Strategic Governance and Delivery Office. This role is pivotal in overseeing the IT project portfolio, ensuring service delivery quality, and aligning technology initiatives with broader business goals while managing and developing a dedicated team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the IT project portfolio, prioritizing initiatives based on business value and resource availability.
• Lead the planning and execution of complex IT projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Establish metrics, operational level agreements, and key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams to implement strategies and streamline workflows.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of professionals to foster a culture of innovation and high performance.

Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in IT process, project, and business relationship management.
• Deep understanding of project management methodologies such as PMBOK, SAFe, Agile, and Waterfall.
• Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Microsoft Project, or Monday.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive organizational change.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
