Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

We are currently seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead our forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling efforts as we continue to scale our operations globally.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the budgeting process and manage rolling forecasts by partnering with cross-functional teams to pressure-test assumptions.
• Own budget-to-actual reporting and variance analysis to identify key performance drivers and provide actionable insights.
• Maintain and evolve complex financial models, including scenario planning and ad hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Integrate finance into the S&OP process, ensuring financial forecasts are aligned with operational and commercial planning.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve FP&A processes and reporting tools to enhance organizational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or a related analytical finance function.
• Advanced financial modeling and forecasting skills with a proven ability to perform variance analysis.
• Strong cross-functional partnership skills with the ability to influence decisions and communicate complex data clearly.
• Experience working in a growing, complex business environment with multiple operational drivers.
• Adaptable and solutions-oriented mindset with a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
