Senior Manager, DevOps

Modivcare is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, DevOps & Reliability to lead our infrastructure team. In this role, you will oversee DevOps engineers, SREs, and infrastructure specialists, guiding our modernization efforts and managing both cloud-based and on-premises environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of DevOps, SRE, and infrastructure engineers.
• Oversee the architecture, deployment, and operational management of Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
• Define and enforce best practices for Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and automation strategies.
• Drive infrastructure modernization initiatives, including migration strategies and cloud adoption efforts.
• Ensure system reliability through SRE practices, including observability, SLIs/SLOs, and incident management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering.
• 5+ years of leadership or management experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience within Microsoft Azure environments.
• Expertise with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Pulumi or Terraform.
