Senior Manager, Consulting (SaaS)

Bullhorn is seeking a highly accountable and results-oriented Senior Manager, Consulting to join our Professional Services leadership team. This role is dedicated to cultivating a high-performance consulting culture and leading the development of our Strategic Consulting Team within a fast-paced, SaaS-focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Elevate the consulting practice by defining standards for subject matter expertise and coaching the team to guide clients toward best practices.
• Manage a team of consultants, holding them accountable to key metrics such as utilization, CSAT, and delivery efficiency.
• Develop and execute a strategic knowledge plan to expand cross-product expertise across the team.
• Provide performance and growth coaching, utilizing regular 1:1s to foster a culture of accountability and consulting acumen.
• Oversee the onboarding and training strategy to ensure new consultants rapidly achieve deep product and industry expertise.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in professional services, implementation, or consulting, preferably within a SaaS environment.
• 3+ years of direct experience managing a team of professional services consultants or technical resources.
• Demonstrated ability to define and implement consulting methodologies that drive efficiency and reduce scope creep.
• Exceptional leadership and performance management skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Deep understanding of professional services metrics including utilization and delivery efficiency.
