Senior Manager, Clinical Operations - Clinical Process Owner

Precision for Medicine is seeking a Senior Manager, Clinical Operations – Clinical Process Owner to lead the governance, harmonization, and continuous improvement of clinical processes. This individual contributor role focuses on developing and managing SOPs, work instructions, and tools to ensure compliant, scalable, and efficient clinical operations across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the Clinical Process Owner, ensuring effective governance, accountability, and lifecycle management of clinical documentation.
• Lead the development, review, and implementation of SOPs, work instructions, and templates to resolve process gaps and inconsistencies.
• Translate regulatory requirements, ICH-GCP principles, and audit findings into practical, scalable operational solutions.
• Represent Clinical Operations in cross-functional governance, partnering with Quality Assurance, Regulatory, and Project Management teams.
• Act as a senior subject matter expert for strategic initiatives, audits, inspections, and business development support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, clinical research, or a related field.
• At least 5+ years of progressive experience in clinical research or clinical operations within a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech environment.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional process improvement initiatives from design through implementation.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory expectations, and inspection readiness principles.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes in a matrix organization.
