Precision for Medicine is seeking a Senior Manager, Clinical Operations to join our team as a Clinical Process Owner. This role is responsible for leading the governance, harmonization, and continuous improvement of clinical operations processes across our global organization.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the Clinical Process Owner, ensuring effective governance, accountability, and lifecycle management of clinical processes.
- Lead the development, review, and maintenance of Clinical Operations SOPs, work instructions, tools, and templates.
- Identify and resolve process gaps, inconsistencies, and complexities to establish scalable ways of working.
- Translate regulatory requirements, ICH-GCP principles, and audit findings into effective process solutions.
- Lead cross-functional process governance and change management initiatives across various departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, clinical research, or a related field.
- At least 5+ years of progressive clinical research or operations experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech environment.
- Proven experience leading complex cross-functional or global process improvement initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial operations, ICH-GCP, and inspection readiness principles.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes in a matrix organization.
