Senior Manager, Business Performance & Analysis

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Business Performance & Analysis to lead the interpretation of institutional data and drive evidence-based decision-making across our global organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of institutional performance frameworks, including KPIs, scorecards, and strategic targets.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify performance drivers, trends, and root causes across academic and operational functions.
• Develop executive-level reports, dashboards, and business cases that translate data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Conduct scenario modeling and benchmarking to support strategic planning and institutional growth.
• Coach team members in analytical thinking and promote a culture of data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business performance, strategy, analytics, or financial analysis.
• Proven ability to lead organizational performance frameworks and translate complex data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI, with a strong aptitude for using digital and AI-enabled tools.
• Demonstrated success in delivering analytical initiatives that resulted in measurable institutional or operational impact.
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to challenge assumptions and communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences.
