Senior Manager, AI & Enterprise Architecture

ST Engineering iDirect is seeking a Senior Manager, AI & Enterprise Architecture to drive the technical realization of our AI-powered Business Excellence transformation. This player-coach role combines hands-on development of AI-enabled solutions with high-level architectural leadership to improve decision-making and operational efficiency across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-driven automation solutions for business processes such as bid management and financial reporting.
• Define and evolve the enterprise AI platform architecture, including unified data fabrics and AI orchestration layers.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate initiatives into measurable outcomes like cost savings and productivity gains.
• Establish and lead the Architecture Review Board to enforce platform standardization and prevent tool fragmentation.
• Act as a hands-on technical escalation point for complex challenges while mentoring teams on best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 8–12+ years of experience in enterprise technology.
• Proven track record of building and delivering production-grade AI/ML solutions and automation frameworks.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms, API development, and integrating enterprise systems like Salesforce or SAP.
• Deep understanding of AI governance, security, and DevSecOps practices.
• A player-coach mindset with a strong bias toward execution and the ability to drive projects from concept to scale.
