Senior Manager AI Engineering

As a Senior Manager AI Engineering, you will lead multidisciplinary teams in designing and delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions that create measurable business value for our clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex AI transformation programs from strategy through enterprise deployment, ensuring successful delivery and commercial outcomes.
• Manage and develop multidisciplinary teams of AI engineers and consultants while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
• Oversee the design and implementation of enterprise AI architectures, including Agentic AI, LLM applications, and RAG systems.
• Advise senior client stakeholders on AI strategy, operating models, governance, and enterprise AI adoption.
• Drive capability development by mentoring team members and establishing engineering best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, or Applied AI.
• Deep hands-on experience delivering LLM-based solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in Python, including API development and integration patterns.
• Experience with the Azure ecosystem, including AI Foundry, Container Apps, and Functions.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1+) with the ability to align technical decisions with business constraints.
