Senior Manager, Accounting and FP&A

Luna Physical Therapy is seeking a proactive and hands-on Senior Manager of Accounting and FP&A to lead our financial functions and drive a comprehensive transformation of our financial systems. Reporting to the VP of Finance, you will oversee the accounting team while spearheading the optimization of our NetSuite platform to ensure scalable, automated, and integrated financial reporting across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the transformation of our NetSuite deployment into a fully integrated, automated, and scalable financial management platform.
• Oversee annual budgeting, rolling forecasting, and long-range financial planning while developing integrated models for revenue and operational costs.
• Manage, coach, and develop the Accounting Manager and provide oversight of the broader accounting team to ensure GAAP compliance and efficient monthly closes.
• Build automated financial and operational KPI dashboards to provide actionable insights for market-level profitability and performance.
• Partner with operational leaders to identify financial deficiencies, implement practical solutions, and drive cross-functional process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or MBA is preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with significant expertise in both FP&A and management.
• Substantial hands-on experience with NetSuite configuration, optimization, and integration.
• Proven track record of leading ERP transformations and automating complex financial workflows.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and deep expertise in GAAP, internal controls, and financial statement preparation.
