Senior Management Business Analyst

Significance, Inc. is seeking a Senior Management Business Analyst to serve as a critical functional bridge between federal accountants and technical teams. In this role, you will ensure the integrity of the Oracle E-Business Suite platform, supporting complex financial operations and audit readiness for a major federal program.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary functional liaison between financial stakeholders and system developers to resolve complex production issues.
• Own the full lifecycle of requirements, from elicitation and documentation to design, testing, and post-production support.
• Develop comprehensive test scenarios, execute system and integration testing, and drive defect resolution to closure.
• Author high-level analytical deliverables, including decision papers and analyses of alternatives for government review.
• Perform quality assurance and peer reviews of functional work products to ensure compliance with federal standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 9 years of experience as a Business or Functional Analyst supporting enterprise financial management systems.
• At least 5 years of hands-on functional experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Federal Financials.
• Deep knowledge of federal financial compliance, including USSGL, FASAB standards, and OMB circulars.
• Proven ability to manage work across both traditional and Agile SDLC methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in root-cause analysis and complex issue resolution within ERP environments.
