Senior Machine Learning Researcher

Key responsibilities

• Designing and implementing deep neural network models to predict user behavior and preferences.
• Analyzing the latest research in the field of Machine Learning to drive innovation.
• Conducting and analyzing A/B tests to validate new algorithmic solutions.
• Developing and testing novel approaches for complex modeling issues, such as bidding in first-price auctions.
• Implementing and analyzing new model architectures, including transformers and convolutional networks.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning or Data Science.
• Strong proficiency in programming, with experience in Python, Java, or Scala.
• Solid knowledge of statistics and probability.
• A genuine interest in continuous development within the Machine Learning domain.
• Practical experience with tools such as PyTorch, NumPy, and Pandas.
