Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Careerminds is a leader in career transition and coaching solutions, dedicated to supporting organizational change and workforce development. We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and take full ownership of products from discovery and design to production and performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain canonical data pipelines, entity resolution systems, and job ingestion at scale.
• Build retrieval, ranking, and matching systems, including two-tower models and mobility embeddings.
• Implement applied LLM solutions and agentic systems with human-in-the-loop approval gates.
• Design robust evaluation infrastructure, including time-forward splits and calibration.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and employment AI regulations throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience shipping ML systems into production with measurable impact.
• Strong proficiency in both classical ML and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Proven experience with LLMs in production, including retrieval, evaluation, and prompt engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to ship code using agentic coding tools such as Claude Code or Claude Design.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals including Python, Git, AWS, and containerization.
