Senior Machine Learning Engineer (NLP/LLMs)

Tidio is a leading customer service platform that aligns AI and human interaction to help businesses scale efficiently. We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our dedicated ML team and push the boundaries of conversational AI by developing advanced NLP models and LLM-based solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine Lyro, our advanced RAG AI agent, by integrating complex tools and multi-step guidance.
• Build and optimize multi-agent workflow systems for complex procedure execution.
• Design intelligent context optimization engines to dynamically manage data sources and LLM access.
• Create ML systems for knowledge base management, including contradiction detection and quality maintenance.
• Collaborate with engineers and product leaders to deploy state-of-the-art conversational AI products.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building end-to-end NLP and deep learning models in production environments.
• Hands-on experience developing production systems that leverage LLMs to interact with real users.
• Expert knowledge of Python, including asynchronous programming and REST API services like FastAPI or Flask.
• Strong software engineering skills with experience in model versioning, evaluation, and deployment.
• Passion for self-development and staying current with the latest trends in machine learning.
