Senior Machine Engineer

Join emagine Polska as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer and work with a renowned global consumer brand to turn complex data into actionable business impact. You will play a pivotal role in building Proofs of Concept, deploying models into production, and ensuring their ongoing performance across the entire value chain.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle, from initial problem framing and prototyping to full-scale deployment and monitoring.
• Design and maintain reliable, reproducible data pipelines that integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems like ERP and PLM.
• Implement and drive MLOps best practices, including CI/CD for machine learning, automated retraining, and system monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate strategic goals into scalable ML solutions.
• Define and track KPIs to continuously improve the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of deployed models.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, or Applied ML.
• Proven track record of deploying ML models at scale within production environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and major ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Spark MLlib.
• Strong technical background in SQL and cloud platforms, with a preference for Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, and Spark.
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes, alongside standard development workflows using Git and CI/CD.
