Senior M&A and Regulatory Lawyer

GR8 Tech builds B2B iGaming platforms for operators who play to lead, delivering full-cycle, high-impact tech designed to scale. We are looking for a Senior M&A and Regulatory Lawyer to lead cross-border corporate transactions and ensure regulatory compliance across our international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Support cross-border M&A and corporate transactions, focusing on technology and gambling businesses.
• Conduct legal due diligence and structure market-entry projects considering corporate, regulatory, and tax factors.
• Provide legal support for entering and operating in regulated gambling markets, coordinating with relevant authorities.
• Manage the full legal lifecycle of group entities across multiple jurisdictions, including incorporations and reorganizations.
• Maintain corporate governance, including shareholder resolutions, board approvals, and UBO declarations.

Requirements

• Legally qualified with 4+ years of experience in corporate law, M&A, or legal entity management.
• Strong experience supporting cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions.
• Practical experience with gambling law and regulatory matters in regulated markets.
• Excellent English drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing legal entities across multiple jurisdictions.
