Senior Linux Engineer

We are currently seeking a Senior Linux Engineer to join our team, where you will combine deep Linux expertise with modern DevOps practices to manage and automate critical infrastructure in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and support enterprise Linux platforms across on-premises and cloud environments like GCP and Azure.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using tools such as Terraform, OpenTofu, and Ansible.
• Ensure system stability, security, and performance through regular patching, hardening, and proactive monitoring.
• Manage incident response, root-cause analysis, and troubleshooting as part of a structured shift-based support model.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in scalability and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience as a Linux Engineer within large-scale enterprise environments.
• In-depth knowledge of Linux distributions such as Red Hat Enterprise Linux or Oracle Linux.
• Strong proficiency in scripting languages like Bash or Python and experience with Infrastructure as Code.
• Proven ability to support mission-critical production systems and participate in 24/7 on-call rotations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and manage complex technical tasks.
