We are looking for a Senior Legal AI & Contract Intelligence Specialist to join our team and help shape the future of contract intelligence by bridging the gap between legal expertise and advanced Generative AI technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Design and operationalize LLM-driven contract intelligence workflows, including prompt design, structured data extraction, and failure pattern analysis.
- Translate complex legal reasoning, clause libraries, and data models into production-ready LLM instructions, schemas, and evaluation criteria.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to develop AI capabilities from initial concepts through to scalable production solutions.
- Develop quality frameworks covering model accuracy, hallucination detection, evidence validation, and human-in-the-loop review requirements.
- Act as an AI-fluent legal domain expert, supporting cross-functional design discussions, AI governance, and stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in commercial legal practice, contract intelligence, legal technology, or legal operations.
- Bachelor’s degree required; JD strongly preferred, or equivalent depth of commercial contract-law expertise.
- Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs, including prompt design, structured outputs, and model performance evaluation.
- Deep understanding of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, NDAs, and the ability to assess legal risk across clause variations.
- Proven ability to translate legal judgment into structured systems such as taxonomies, rubrics, and decision trees.
